• submission of motions for amendment of text of terms of reference as well as appeals in respect to the provisions of such
• analysis and opinions regarding issues relating to public procurement law
• appraisal of bids submitted in proceedings by competitors
• comprehensive legal advisory services relating to the use of means of legal protection including the preparations of appeals and representation in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber and general courts of law
